| Calling a FILTER Talent Manager is the first step in connecting with qualified talent. Contact us through an office in your area, or call our toll free number 1.800.336.0809. You also can access our easy to use client order form. When you call, we'll consult with you and quickly present a short-list of prequalified candidates for your specific needs in terms of desired skills, experience, educational background, rate and availability. Ideally, we'll form a partnership with you and build a pool of people who fit your specific hiring criteria and culture that we can refer to quickly for any of your future needs. From our extensive database of talent, your Talent Manager will select and provide you with resumes, samples, online portfolios and our FILTER assessment based on our interview and the candidates assignment history. Your Talent Manager will then coordinate interviews between you and your top choices. To make sure the interview is productive, we'll prepare the candidate and you beforehand to make sure there are no unexpected surprises. Once you give the thumbs up on a candidate, your Talent Manager will handle hourly rate or salary negotiations, making the process smooth and efficient. If you hire on a contract basis, FILTER will provide ongoing reviews to assure the assignment remains successful. Once the assignment has started, we'll follow-up regularly to make sure everything is going smoothly.
