Filter Referral Program
Overview and explanation
Starting May 1, 2007, you can earn $500.00 when referring new talent to Filter. The $500 award is open to anyone who refers a candidate whom we place for 160 hours of employment within their first three months, provided s/he has not worked on assignment through Filter within the previous 18 months.
How do I refer an applicant?
To receive the referral award, you must fill out our Employee Referral Form and email the form to referral@filtertalent.com and cc your Filter contact. After your talented pal has worked the required hours, we'll send you a check to reward you for connecting us to the best talent in town.
Please note: You must submit the referral form before they are placed on assignment with Filter.
Who is eligible to participate?
Anyone can refer a friend/colleague who has not worked on assignment through Filter within the past 18 months.
Filter office staff are not eligible to receive referral awards. We do not accept self-referrals. Filter reserves the right to determine whether referred applicants are qualified for the program.
Filter may modify or discontinue this program at any time. Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be handled on an individual basis.
In the event an applicant is referred by more than one person, the deciding factor will be the date of the email of the referral provided to Filter. The Filter human resources department will inform the participating parties when such situations arise.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
There is no limit to how many applicants you can refer.
How and when do I get my award?
The Filter payroll department will pay your award (subject to taxes) two to four weeks after the person you referred completes 160 hours of employment.
