How do I start working with FILTER?
It's easy.
* Contact your local office or use our client order form online.
* Our relationship starts by us hooking you up with one of our Talent Managers who will create your company profile and assess your needs.
* Our Talent Managers will supply pre-screened and evaluated candidates who have the skills you need and fit your cultural and budget requirements. You can interview them personally if you prefer.
* We'll ask for some basic credit information and make sure you understand our terms of service.
* You select the candidate and your FILTER employee starts working!
Can FILTER bill with detailed invoices?
We can customize billings and invoicing procedures to meet your every need.
Can a FILTER employee be trusted with proprietary information?
FILTER employees sign a legal and binding non-disclosure agreement, which they are held accountable to.
What are the client benefits of using FILTER?
We prescreen talent through a multi-level process of interviews, reference checks, and background checks. FILTER saves you a tremendous amount of time and money by sending only those candidates that are well-suited to your needs.
Is it possible for FILTER to negotiate on fees?
We can provide price breaks for multiple hires and long term assignments. Please feel free to discuss this with your Talent Manager. We promise to work hard, finding you the best candidate available within your price range.
