FILTER is looking for Front-End Developers. We regularly have opportunities for Flash Developers who can create standards-compliant, validated code.  If you’re adept at using server-side scripting languages and client-side scripting, we’d love to chat with you about contract opportunities.
Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a developer using XHTML, CSS, XML and Photoshop. A solid understanding of standards-compliant code, and the ability to put great product design and user experience at the center of development is important as well. Familiarity with Flash (including ActionScript) is also required. 
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
• College degree preferred
• 3-5 years industry experience as a developer using XHTML, CSS, XML, Photoshop
• Solid understanding of standards-compliant code, and trends around it
• Solid working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, ActionScipt
• Creativity and a passion for creating great consumer products
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, organizational skills and time management skills a must
