Are you an Excel phenom with experience developing and maintaining financial reports? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment? FILTER has an 11-month contract located in Redmond for a Budgeting and Forecasting Program Manager.
This opportunity is with an incredibly fast-paced, close-knit and highly collaborative team, and we’re looking for the perfect candidate to fit right in. The team provides financial and contract management to several other groups and is frequently tasked with giving presentations. The Budgeting and Forecasting Program Manager will be responsible for providing financial analysis and performance metrics to the finance team, coordinating the planning, budgeting and forecasting process and interpreting and translating project needs into contract requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Developing and maintaining key financial reports
• Providing analysis and performance metrics
• Working with the finance team to ensure accuracy of reports
• Coordinating planning, budgeting and forecasting process
• Providing business insights that allow decision makers to identify cost efficient opportunities
• Managing contract requirements and translating project needs as they relate to customer contracts, extensions and renewals
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Advanced-level Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including the ability to comfortably make presentations and speak to all levels of staff including executive leadership)
• Superb organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Drive and desire to work on a fast-paced team with rapidly-changing priorities
• Ability to work well on a team and collaborate with teammates
