FILTER Launches Brand New Website

The site was completely redesigned to create new ways to engage with creative industry professionals who want to follow cutting-edge work and connect with exciting professional opportunities.
With more than 10,000 users already, and adding new users at the rate of more than 10,000 per year, FILTER’s site has a unique opportunity to bring together the critical mass of West Coast creative and interactive talent with the immediate work opportunities in the marketplace. Despite the current slowdown in the economy at large, demand for top interactive design and marketing talent continues to be strong.

Job seekers can create a career profile and apply to any job opportunity posted on the site. If their work is visual, they can upload their work samples or personal URL so FILTER can see their portfolio. The site also includes personalized alerts and RSS feeds for all content updates and includes a wealth of information about news, events and resources in the local creative and interactive market. The Toolkit section includes learning guides, tips and tricks, and creative career paths.
For clients and prospective clients, the site has a registration feature enabling them to create a profile and express interest or request follow-up contact when they encounter samples on the site that demonstrate a potential fit with the needs of their business.
